Program Overview

    • Or, do you just want to punch and kick a bag? 😀

Every member that has joined Reveal, could relate to one or more of those questions.  Just know that no matter where you are on your fitness/health journey, we have been there too, and we will be there to support you.  Scared to try something new?  That was EVERY member, no matter how in/out of shape when starting…you will be scared, and everyone understands why.  Scared to fail again?  EVERY member has failed and will fail again in some form…but we are there for each other to learn and keep growing.  True failure only happens when you quit trying.  You WILL NOT fail at Reveal.

All Included: 10 weeks, 6 days per week, 45 minutes per day, boxing gloves and wrist wraps, (3) InBody scans (body composition analysis), accountability coach, nutritional guidance, entrance to win $1000* in our transformation contest.

Monday-Friday class times are 5 | 6 | 7 | 9am and 4:30 | 5:30pm.

Saturday classes are held at 6:45 | 8am.

Kickboxing
