Program Overview

Don’t miss out, first day of class is Oct 5th!! 

    • Everything included for less than a cup of coffee per day
    • ALL fitness levels, exercises can be modified to ones ability
    • Come to as many classes as you like, all classes are 45 minutes.
      • Kickboxing M, W, F
      • Strength Training T, Th, Sat
    • (3) Body composition fitness assessments
    • Boxing gloves and wrist wraps
    • Nutrition blueprint with ongoing support
    • Guaranteed results!  You don’t lose body fat, you don’t pay!*
    • Entrance to win $1000** for biggest transformation.

(*attend 45 classes and turn in weekly food log to qualify, **$1000 is based on 60 new participants and may be scaled down)

Monday-Friday class times are 5 | 6 | 7 | 9am and 4:30 | 5:30pm.

Saturday classes are held at 6:45 | 8am.
