Start anytime!!! 

    • ALL fitness levels welcome! Exercises can be modified to one’s ability
    • Come to as many classes as you like, all classes are 45 minutes.
      • Kickboxing T, Th, Sat
      • Strength Training M, W, F
    • Body composition fitness assessments
    • Boxing gloves and wrist wraps
    • Nutrition blueprint with ongoing support
    • Guaranteed results!  You don’t lose body fat, you don’t pay!*

(*attend 45 classes and turn in weekly food log to qualify)

Monday-Friday class times are 5 | 6 | 9am and 4:30 | 5:30pm.

Saturday classes are held at 6:30 | 7:30am.
